I rarely comment, but just wanted to let you know how much a enjoy your newsletter. It is super helpful and has really helped me to become more immersed in my solo game. Thanks!
Interesting. I tend to spend an hour or so. I'm working on "serializing" my story on my Substack. Using my solo RPG as the plot spine and then really fleshing it out.
Fantastic as usual.
Every time I see The Soloist in my inbox it’s an instant open. A very lovely surprise to see Talk of the Table mentioned :)

🙏 Thank you so much Susan!
I’ll be at PAX as well!
Hmmmm, maybe I will see you.
Great write-up, just wanted to mention that myself and Castle Grief are doing Actual-Plays of Kal-Arath in our Notes. Here's mine: https://substack.com/@playingwithmyself/note/c-44345533?utm_source=notes-share-action&r=1n8czw

It's a very fun game!
I just checked out yours. Very cool. How long are you spending on each day? I love the tone of your story. Thoughtful, peaceful. Nice.
Not very long at all! 10 minutes or so, depending on what happens. Thanks for the comments!

For my blade runner solo game, it takes alot more time and effort, so for this game on notes, I'm keeping it fairly minimalist and quick.
Good to know. I am gingerly venturing into solo play. Enjoying some of the simple one-to-two session simple games. Kind of like storytelling warmups.
